Return & Replacement Policy

At 3E SkinRoute, your satisfaction and safety are our priority.

Note : Making a package opening/unboxing video is mandatory. This ensures that any damage that occurs during transit can be properly verified and a replacement can be issued. Without this video, we will not be able to process your replacement.

Non-Returnable Products

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care products (skincare, cosmetics, body care items) are non-returnable once opened or used.
  • We encourage you to review product descriptions and ingredients carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  • Report the damage within 2 days of delivery by contacting us at 7394011335.
  • Provide proof of damage: a video showing the outer packaging and all products received, clearly displaying the damage.
  • Once verified, we will replace the damaged or defective item. Please note, we do not issue refunds for any product.
Return Instructions for Defective / Incorrect Items
  • You will need to make a package opening video, showing the outer package being unpacked.
  • Send the video to us; we will guide you through the replacement process.
  • A replacement item will then be issued accordingly.
Order Cancellations
  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at 7394011335.
