* Apply a dime-sized amount on face and neck
* Massage gently in an upward direction for 5–7 minutes
* Leave for an additional 5 minutes
* Rinse with plain water

* Cleanse your face thoroughly and pat dry
* Apply an even layer across the face, avoiding the eye area
* Leave on for 15–20 minutes, or keep overnight for deeper nourishment
* Rinse off thoroughly with plain water
* Follow with your regular moisturiser or serum as desired
